Health Blueprint can offer short punchy sessions on any of the following topics ….and more…to make your practice more effective & efficient.

Our USP is that we tailor something in-house specifically for your team, and the know-how we share stems from our own personal experience as health care managers.

All these programmes can be offered as 1.5 hour mini-workshops over lunchtime; or as half day events. All are suitable for both clinical and non-clinical members of your practice, and everyone will come away with practical hints, tips and tools to use immediately..  

Managing Change: How to make things happen. This includes simple but effective project management techniques, dealing with resistance to change; and self-preservation for you as the change agent!

Time management: Taking better command of your life.

Leading a Team: for first time team leaders (up to three years’ experience) and Creative Team Leading for people with more experience.

Mentoring skills: for individuals or an organisation wanting to bring this powerful process into the workplace. 

Working positively with conflict: Helping you to recognise your own conflict styles; how to stop things from escalating; how to work towards a win:win 

 Managing stress for positive change: for individuals or for whole departments/practice teams.

 Working with Groups & Facilitation Skills:  Simple facilitation techniques for use in any meeting or with your team. Also a Masterclass for more experienced facilitators.

Can provide an interactive classroom based ‘Lean’ training course focused on improving operational performance and enabling teams to run their own rapid improvement or ‘Kaizen’ events. Feedback from NHS staff has been excellent.
