Andrea Craig
Commercially focused, disciplined and results oriented executive with over 20 years health sector management and business experience gained in both the NHS and private sector. A proven track record in delivering results through strong leadership, project leadership, team effort, industry knowledge, a commercial approach and common sense. Andrea brings a strong business ethos, a keen interest in market developments and excellent interpersonal skills. Significant experience of working in start-up businesses. A strategic thinker with well-developed interpersonal skills, an innovative manager and self-confident team player capable of driving organisational improvements and change with ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and delivering to plan.
Janette McCulloch
Janette is a trainer and organisational consultant with a particular interest in communication skills, train the trainers, conflict & dispute resolution and what she calls “helping people bring their whole selves to work”. Her background is in senior NHS management and the not-for-profit sector, where she has acquired 25 years Board-level experience. Janette has a Masters in Organisational Behaviour and finds this useful in understanding the territory between the organisational environment and the health and performance of the individuals within it. Janette has a keen interest in the compassionate practice in health care movement and is currently teaching mindfulness meditation to the staff of the Royal Marsden Hospital, as part of their Pastoral & Psychological care programme.
Lawrie Catt
International Management Consultant and Project Manager with over 20 years experience in organisational change management, cost reduction and business process re-engineering. A versatile and experienced man manager, skilled in business development, lean transformation and achieving organisational turn-arounds.
